Feasibility studies for institutional customers to evaluate energy and water systems within the facilities. Primary customers would be K-12, higher education, cities and counties and various state entities. We help customers develop a RFQ & RFP process that would allow the customer to implement an efficiency project that would be financed and repaid back over time by the savings that would be generated by the project over time.

Demand Response services. We will help the customer install various systems and implement commissioning of the systems to allow the customer to participate in these programs.

Retro-Commissioning services. This is basically a retuning of buildings various systems to consume less energy and water as well as improving comfort and IAQ problems that may exist within a facility.
Commissioning Services for new construction projects.
HMES is also a certified T-24 inspector for all residential and commercial project inspections (CC2004675).
